Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, it is forwarded to our suppliers for fulfilment.

Shipping Times

Because we work with international suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States / Canada / Europe: 7–21 business days
  • South Africa & Other Regions: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or courier disruptions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

Multiple Items

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the supplier.

Customs & Import Duties

In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Changes or Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you need to change your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking it with the supplier or courier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
